Shipping

  • FREE UK DELIVERY (£10 delivery to the EU only)
  • 2 – 5 working days for UK delivery (3 – 6 working days for the EU)
  • 7 - 10 working days for prescription/ RX products)
  • Delivery Monday – Saturday (except for Bank Holidays)
  • Email confirmation once your order has been dispatched
  • Signature required from the receiver for ‘Proof of Delivery’
  • Email confirmation once your order has been delivered and signed for.

Returns (60 Days – No Questions Asked *Except For Prescription/ RX Orders and 14 Days For Aprons*)

Email bamboo@wearpanda.co.uk with ‘Returns’ as the subject line and include your order number in the body of your message to begin the process.

All returned products must be in new condition with no visible signs of use and be delivered in original packaging.

Returned products should be postmarked within 60 days (or 14 days for aprons) of the purchase date.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return any products back to us.

*It is advised that you use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class for added security and peace of mind.
