All of our products come with a lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects in materials and or workmanship. In order for us to process your refund or exchange we will need your original order number and as much information as possible regarding the defect. If you made your purchase from an official retailer we will also require the name of the shop. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to us for your exchange or refund.

60 Day exchange or return
Anything purchased from our online store or an official retailer are eligible for a 60 day exchange or return. We will ask for proof of purchase and original packaging as well as your order number so remember to keep these safe to be eligible. If your bought our product from one of our official retailers we will require the name of the shop as well. Any products returned to us must be in new condition with no visible signs that they have been used. Furthermore the products should be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date.
